We do NOT provide loans for personal, family, or household purposes, including owner-occupied primary residences. By using this website and submitting inquiries, you certify that any financing sought is solely for commercial investment purposes.
2. Preliminary Inquiries & No Commitment to Lend
Submission of an inquiry, quote form, or pre-approval request through www.quickrealestatefunding.com does NOT constitute loan approval, a loan commitment, or a guarantee of financing. All loan programs, rates, terms, leverage limits, and timelines are indicative only and subject to formal underwriting, independent appraisal, clear title, environmental review, and lender authorization.
3. Pre-Approval Letters and Proof of Funds
Any preliminary pre-approval letter or proof-of-funds document requested must be reviewed and explicitly authorized by an authorized QREF representative before issuance. No letter is automatically generated or legally binding based solely on numerical web form submission.
